Stage 1 of the 2014 Tour of the North started in Ballymena, crossed over Shanes Hill to Kilwaughter Cross Roads and then on to Drumnagreagh, the Antrim Coast Road to Glenarm, up Glenarm Glen and down to Carnlough, on to climb to St Killans School at Garron Point, to Waterfoot and then up Glenariff Glen to finish in Ballymena.
