I also had a second place with this photograph which was taken in 1981 at Antrim Forum at the GRE UK Athletics Championships. It is of Joslym Hoyte-Smith,.She won a bronze medal at the 1980 Olympics in the 4 by 400 metres relay for the UK.
The judge commented that the photograph could have been improved if I had had the crowd in the background more out of focus.
